MATARÓ COFFEE is a 100% Arabica coffee from the Unión de la Selva Cooperativa in Mexico. It is a natural organically grown coffee with soft and delicate aromas.

The CAFÉ CIUDAD Network is made up of several municipalities in Catalonia and aims to promote responsible consumption and global justice. To this end, Fair Trade coffee is promoted as a tool to discover its origin, reinforcing ties with producer cooperatives. Fair trade works for equity in international trade and ensures decent conditions for workers and producer communities in the South.

Unión de la Selva is a cooperative that brings together more than 1400 indigenous producers from 146 communities in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. It was created in 1980 to respond to the common problems of the peasantry, ensure fair prices for their coffee and maintain natural resources that have been damaged by the effects of modern monoculture practices. It promotes organic production that preserves biodiversity through indigenous crops and using traditional working methods.
