Yoghurt with cocoa chai
For 2 cups
Recipe from @drabeautiful: flavoured yoghurts? Only if the flavour comes from real ingredients. This chocolate yoghurt has no flavourings or additives: just yoghurt, pure cocoa with chai spices and a crunchy touch of nibs. Creamy, intense and nutritious... and it's ready in 2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 units Greek yoghurt
- 4 teaspoons of our cocoa with chai
- Cocoa nibs as topping
- (Optional) Natural sweetener: honey, date, or maple syrup
Preparation
Serve the yoghurt in a cup or bowl.
Add the chai cocoa (2 heaped teaspoons per cup; 4 in total) and mix well until smooth and creamy.
Divide between 2 glasses.
Chill well (fridge 15-30 min if you want a firmer texture) and finish with cocoa nibs on top.
Did you know that...?
If you have leftover chai yoghurt, you can freeze it in moulds and use it later in smoothies or as a creamy base for desserts, reducing food waste.
