Ingredients

  • 150 g vegan cream cheese
  • 50 g hazelnut cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g of Cocoa chai from AlterNativa3
  • 20 g ground hazelnut
  • 3 pears
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 30 g ground erythritol
  • 30 g glycine (naturally sweet-tasting amino acid with protein supply)

Preparation

  1. Melt the cream cheese in a bain-marie (or in defrost mode in the microwave) and mix it with the hazelnut cream. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the erythritol, glycine and salt. When it starts to froth, add the sieved ground hazelnut and chai cocoa, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the cheese and hazelnut cream mixture and mix well, without using a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour the dough into a mould. Peel the pears and make a small cut in the base so that they sit better when placed on the sponge cake.
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180 °C, with the oven preheated.

Did you know that...?

The UN SDG 3 seeks to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all people, at all ages.

👉 For consumers, choosing organic and fair trade products means eating without harmful pesticides and chemicals, enjoying higher nutritional quality and choosing a healthier lifestyle.

For producers, it means working in safer conditions, reduced exposure to toxics in the field, and resources to invest in health, education and community welfare thanks to the Fairtrade Premium.

In addition, this SDG promotes universal access to medicines and vaccines, the reduction of communicable diseases and the improvement of mental health, all linked to healthier and more sustainable environments.

Thus, every consumption decision - such as choosing fair trade organic coffee or cocoa - not only takes care of you and your family's health, but also strengthens the well-being of producer communities in the Global South. To know more: Goal 3: Health and well-being (United Nations)
