Banana and cocoa smoothie
For 2 glasses
An easy, healthy and delicious smoothie that you can prepare in less than five minutes, ideal for making the most of those fruits that are about to go to waste and that nobody wants.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa AlterNativa3
- 1 plain yoghurt (can be vegetable)
- 1 glass of milk (vegetable or animal, to taste)
- 1 tbsp AlterNativa3 golden light cane sugar (or any other sweetener to taste)
Preparation
- Peel the bananas and place them in the blender.
- Add the cocoa, yoghurt, milk and sweetener.
- Blend until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
- Serve in glasses. You can adjust the amount of milk to make it thicker or thinner, according to your taste.
