Features of Sumatra Raja Gayo BIO coffee capsules
These capsules capture the essence of Indonesian Sumatra coffee, one of the world's most renowned coffee-growing regions for the complexity of its beans. Grown at an altitude of 1,200 metres in the mountainous Raja Gayo area, this coffee develops an intense aromatic profile thanks to the climate, the shade from fruit trees, and the traditional care of the farms.
The result is a cup with a luxurious mouthfeel, velvety body, and aromas of spice, tobacco, and fine woods. Its pronounced acidity and prolonged aftertaste provide a rich and sophisticated sensory experience.

The capsules contain a medium-low natural roast coffee, which preserves the qualities of the bean and enhances its aromatic profile.
