Organic Fairtrade Freeze-dried Instant Coffee

Our freeze-dried coffee has been subjected to the most modern solubilization processes, so that the final product retains all its excellent aroma, flavor and color properties.

In the freeze-drying process, the coffee is ultra-frozen. Afterwards, it is introduced into a chamber that dehydrates it directly and in this way, the coffee keeps all its organoleptic properties intact.

It dissolves easily in both hot and cold water or milk. It can be easily mixed with other products to make more complex drinks (cappuccinos, mochas or coffees with more or less milk).

This coffee is grown by small cooperatives in countries of the Global South, following traditional techniques that respect nature. Thanks to Fair Trade, cooperatives can improve their living conditions and those of their communities.

Preparation: Dissolve in water or milk and stir well, one or two teaspoons per cup.
