Lion's mane cacao comes with all the natural benefits of cacao, such as antioxidants, and can also provide cognitive benefits due to the inclusion of lion's mane mushroom.
This functional cocoa combines 90 % of pure defatted cocoa at 10 % with 10 % organic lion's mane. The blend retains the intense character of pure cocoa and offers a new way to enjoy it in hot or cold drinks, or in recipes.
The lion's mane, also known as Hericium erinaceus, a mushroom easily recognisable by its unique appearance. In this product, it's combined with organic, fair-trade cocoa in a simple formula, with no added sugars and a high fibre and protein content.
Its format 125g It is practical to incorporate it into breakfast, a snack or a break during the day.
A mushroom with a singular appearance
The lion's mane mushroom is a fungus known for its white filaments and characteristic shape. It is traditionally used in various preparations and is currently also incorporated into drinks and recipes.
Combined with pure cocoa, it offers a simple way to explore new flavours and create a different daily ritual.

Add One or two teaspoons, between 5 and 10 g, into your favourite drink. Stir well until dissolved and enjoy hot or cold.
You can also add it to smoothies, porridge, plant-based yogurts, or sweet recipes.
