That is why we have created “Slow-burning revolution”, a project that unites gastronomy, creativity and awareness to bring fair trade and social economy closer to everyday life. A simple, practical and full of flavour proposal to demonstrate that Cooking is also a way of transforming the world.
Why this project was born
We live surrounded by messages about sustainability, global justice or responsible consumption. But sometimes they sound too far away.
Cooking, on the other hand, is home, it is emotion and it is something we all understand. It allows us to explaining complex concepts in a close way, to connect with real stories of producers and show that there are other ways of consuming: fairer, more humane and more coherent with the SDGs.
Every recipe we have created is about flavours... but also about rights, climate, gender equality and sustainable agriculture. Every ingredient tells a story. And you can be part of it.
