Chocolate truffles
An intense, creamy and pleasurable mouthful.
Delicate, smooth and deeply flavoured, these @drabeatiful truffles are pure pleasure in every bite. The balance between 70% chocolate, cream and vanilla results in a velvety texture that melts in your mouth. Perfect as a gift, to share or to enjoy in a moment of calm.
Ingredients
You will need
- 2 tablespoons almond cream
- 80 grams of almond flour
- 20 grams of vegan vanilla protein
- Zest of 1 orange
- Droplets of pure orange essential oil
- 1 tablespoon of our cocoa with orange-cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl
- Knead with clean hands until a manageable dough is formed.
- You may need to add a little liquid; in that case, add 3 tablespoons of cashew nut vegetable drink.
- Freeze the dough for at least 2 hours to make it firm.
- To decorate them, use dark chocolate 100% melted with a little coconut oil to make it more liquid.
