- 25 grams cassava starch ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 ECO⠀⠀ eggs
- 50 grams of AlterNativa3 coconut sugar
- 100 ml olive oil⠀⠀ 100 ml olive oil⠀⠀ 100 ml olive oil⠀⠀ 100 ml olive oil
- 170 ml coconut milk
- Half a teaspoon of salt⠀⠀
- Half a sachet of gluten-free baking powder⠀ Half a sachet of gluten-free baking powder

Step by step⠀ Step by step
- We start by turning the oven on at 180ºC.⠀⠀.
- Peel 2 bananas and mash them with the oil and milk until a paste is formed ⠀⠀.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together ⠀⠀.
- We grind everything together ⠀⠀.
- Pour the mixture into the mould ⠀⠀.
- Cut 1 banana in half and place it on top of the dough ⠀⠀.
- We put it in the oven for about 40 minutes, check how it is, cover it with aluminium foil so that it doesn't burn and check it every 5 minutes. In total we leave it for between 50 minutes and an hour.
