For more than 30 years, at Alternativa3 we have believed in a powerful idea: what you choose every day has an impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In your cup, on your plate and also in the lives of the people who grow the coffee, cocoa or sugar you enjoy at home.<\/p>\n

That is why we have created \u201cSlow-burning revolution\u201d<\/strong>, a project that brings together gastronomy, creativity and awareness to bring fair trade and social economy closer to everyday life. A simple, practical and flavour-filled proposal that shows that cooking can also be a way to change the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Why this project was created<\/h2>\n

We live surrounded by messages about sustainability, global justice or responsible consumption. But sometimes they sound too distant or abstract.<\/p>\n

Cooking, on the other hand, is home, it is emotion and it is something we all understand. It allows us to explain complex ideas in an approachable way<\/strong>, to connect with real stories of producers and show that there are other ways of consuming: fairer, more humane and more consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n

Every recipe we have created is about flavours... but also about rights, climate, gender equality and sustainable agriculture. <\/strong>Every ingredient tells a story. And you can be part of it.<\/strong><\/p>\n
