Are you up for it?<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ingredients (for 6 servings)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><strong>For the lemon sponge cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 g buckwheat flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g oat flour (gluten-free)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g rice flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 g cornstarch<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 g of<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-panela-cane-sugar-5kg-ecuador\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AlterNativa's panela3<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 g baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon baking soda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (unpasteurised)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon cinnamon powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wet:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70 ml melted coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon vanilla essence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 ml soy beverage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">125 g soy cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zest of 1 lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the \"non-filling\" of condensed milk:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">580 ml soy beverage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 g erythritol<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 ml agave syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g cornstarch<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 g turmeric<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon vegetable margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juice of 3 lemons<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zest of 2 lemons<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 diced strawberries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strawberries for decoration<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beetroot powder for decoration<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Step by step<\/b><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00ba.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix all the dry ingredients with a whisk and add the vinegar. Then mix again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then, in another bowl, mix the wet ingredients with the lemon zest. Using the whisk, gradually add the mixture to the dry ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the final mixture in the mould and bake it in the oven for 50 minutes or until it is ready. To do this, we use a stick: once it comes out dry, we can take it out of the oven.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool before unmoulding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the filling, put the soya drink, the sieved cornflour and the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Mix it all together and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly with the whisk. Remove from the heat and cover with cling film to prevent a crust from forming.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, mix 500 g of the condensed lemon milk with the 10 diced strawberries. Put the sponge pieces in a glass, add the condensed lemon and strawberry milk, more strawberries and another layer of condensed milk.
