Then add half of the erythritol and stir on the heat until it dissolves, without boiling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and whip the egg whites until stiff with the other half of the erythritol. Set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix the chocolate, cocoa, coffee, vanilla protein and salt with the egg yolks and gradually whisk in the egg whites until stiff with a spatula in an encircling motion.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put everything in a baking tin or in several individual baking pans and bake in the oven for about 18 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the topping, we use coconut cream, butter and natural vanilla flavouring.
