{"id":12189,"date":"2020-10-06T14:34:57","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T13:34:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/?p=12189\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T11:04:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T10:04:10","slug":"low-carb-tiramisu-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/receta-tiramisu-low-carb\/","title":{"rendered":"Low carb tiramisu recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Would you like to learn how to prepare a delicious<\/span><b> tiramisu <\/b><b><i>low carb<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@little.paleo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explains all the steps to get a result like the one you see in the picture!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the base (4 cups)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 g almond flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20 g coconut flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon cinnamon powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon psyllium<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 ml coconut milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 teaspoons of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/freeze-dried-instant-coffee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">freeze-dried soluble coffee from AlterNativa3<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 teaspoons erythritol powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the cream<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 g erythritol powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 ml coconut milk (the thicker part of the canned milk)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon agar-agar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 ml soaked cashew nuts (12 h to remove the maximum of anti-nutrients and soften them)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 ml vegan cream cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon liquid vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0Step by step<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beat the eggs, mix with the flours, cinnamon and psyllium and microwave for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the coconut milk and add the soluble coffee and the erythritol. Stir until everything is perfectly integrated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are going to crumble the mixture that we had put in the microwave. Then, add the mixture of coffee and coconut milk and blend with a hand blender until it has a very dense puree texture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We put the result as a base in our little glasses and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, we will make the tiramisu cream. The first thing we are going to do is to blend the drained cashew nuts with our blender together with the coconut milk.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a creamy texture has been achieved, put it in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients of the cream and mix with a whisk to achieve a perfect and homogeneous texture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then add the cream in our little glasses on top of the coffee base and leave to cool overnight if possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we are going to eat them, and if we want to reach perfection, we sprinkle them with cocoa powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your tiramisu<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> low carb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It's ready!
