Then read on!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the base:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g pecans<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 Medjoul dates<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the upper part:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 g cashew nuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 ml coconut milk (canned)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g erythritol (can be replaced by sugar or other sweetener)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/cocoa-with-maca-and-organic-ginger-125g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pure cocoa powder with maca and ginger by AlterNativa3<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Step by step<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, soak the cashew nuts and dates separately in warm water. Do this for 1 to 2 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the base, crush the dates (previously drained, peeled and pitted) together with the pecans and a little salt. Add everything to the mould of your choice, pressing with a spoon or your fingers. Then, we put it all in the fridge while we take care of the top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drain the cashew nuts and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
