This time, it's a <strong>hazelnut chai cream muffins recipe<\/strong>that you'll love to make for breakfast, snack or dessert!<\/p>\n<p>Read on to discover the ingredients and all the details of the preparation.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>For the muffins<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 small roasted courgettes (we will need the flesh)<\/li>\n<li>66 g coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>60 g ground roasted hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li>6 tablespoons hazelnut cream<\/li>\n<li>20 g of the <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/cocoa-with-organic-chai-125g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cocoa chai from AlterNativa3<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons ground erythritol<\/li>\n<li>300 ml hazelnut milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Royal baking powder<\/li>\n<li>50 g chopped 100 % chocolate, such as the AlterNativa3 chocolate<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For the top<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Greek coconut yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>Cocoa butter<\/li>\n<li>Erythritol<\/li>\n<li>A dash of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-chai-coffee-kiss-me-a-lot-ground-125g\/\">chai coffee from AlterNativa3<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step by step<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Mash the courgette pulp together with the hazelnut cream and the milk.<\/li>\n<li>Then, in a bowl, sift the coconut flour, ground hazelnut, erythritol, baking powder and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Add the first part on top of the second and mix it all together with a spatula.<\/li>\n<li>Then we mix the chocolate pieces well into the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven. When a toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are ready!<\/li>\n<li>Now, to make the topping, mix the Greek coconut yoghurt with the cocoa butter, the erythritol (to taste) and a dash of chai coffee.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, serve with a piping bag and finish with a sprinkling of cocoa.
