Ingredients<\/h2>\n

For the base<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 20 g kerrygold butter (if you want a vegan recipe, use Naturseed coconut oil in solid form)<\/li>\n
  • 50 g ground almonds<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons Naturseed erythritol processed to a powdered texture<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons of cold water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    For the body of the cake<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1\/2 cup freshly brewed chai coffee<\/li>\n
    • 1 scoop of Natural Athlete's Vegan Vanilla Vanilla Protein<\/li>\n
    • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder<\/li>\n
    • 2 tablespoons Naturseed erythritol processed to a powdered texture<\/li>\n
    • 6 ounces of chocolate 100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Step by step<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • To prepare the base, simply knead all the ingredients (except the water) into a dough with your hands.<\/li>\n
      • Then add the water until you get a plasticine texture.<\/li>\n
      • Spread the dough in the bottom of the round cake tin and press down well.<\/li>\n
      • Put it in the freezer while you prepare the filling so that it becomes firm.<\/li>\n
      • To start with the body of the cake, pour the coffee into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.<\/li>\n
      • Before it starts to boil, add the rest of the ingredients.<\/li>\n
      • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a spoon.<\/li>\n
      • Remove from the heat and pour the contents onto the base.<\/li>\n
      • Leave it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours, until the chia layer sets.<\/li>\n
      • All that's left is the chocolate coating: melt 6 ounces of 100% chocolate in a bain-marie.<\/li>\n
      • Spread the icing over the cake and allow it to cool and solidify.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
