Keep the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once cooled, roll into medium-sized balls and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip the balls, one by one, with the help of two forks to drain off the excess coating.
