During Christmas, one of the pleasures we enjoy is eating nougat. A tradition that goes back many years and that we at AlterNativa3 wanted to contribute our version.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Today we bring you a fantastic recipe for crunchy and vegan chocolate nougat. It is very easy to prepare, perfect to make it with the little ones in the house. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingredients for vegan crunchy chocolate nougat <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">350 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/chocolate-couverture-70-organic-cocoa-10-kg-peru\/\"><span class=\"s2\">chocolate coating<\/span><\/a> organic fair trade by AlterNativa3<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">1\/2 cup of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-icing-cane-sugar-ft-jar-60g\/\"><span class=\"s2\">icing sugar<\/span><\/a> organic fair trade by AlterNativa3<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">100 ml of vegetable cream of rice drink for cooking<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">1 cup puffed rice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Vegan crunchy chocolate nougat step by step <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Start by melting the chocolate couverture in a bain-marie. If you don't have much time, you can also melt it in the microwave at minimum power so that the chocolate doesn't burn. We recommend melting it in a bain-marie, if you have a little more time. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Once the couverture is melted, gradually add the cream of rice drink. This should be at room temperature or slightly warm. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Then add the icing sugar while stirring the ingredients until well combined. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">When everything is well incorporated, leave to cool, stirring from time to time. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Add the puffed rice and mix carefully. It is not important that it is completely homogeneous. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour the mixture into a silicone mould.
