This month we continue with desserts and this time biscuits are the protagonists, with chocolate from AlterNativa3. Do you fancy them?<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients for the biscuits<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>140g of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/mini-chocolate-drops-48-bio-fairtrade-1kg\/\">chocolate mini-drops<\/a> AlterNativa3.<\/li>\n<li>130 g butter.<\/li>\n<li>100g of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/cane-sugar-golden-light-bio-ft-5kg-paraguay\/\">golden light sugar<\/a> of Paraguay AlterNativa3.<\/li>\n<li>100g of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-mascobado-cane-sugar-25kg-philippines-2\/\">Mascobado sugar<\/a> Philippines AlterNativa3.<\/li>\n<li>1 egg.<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla sugar.<\/li>\n<li>180g flour.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon baking soda.<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparation of the biscuits<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>To begin, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the mini chocolate drops or, if you don't have any, crush the chocolate fondant and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the butter, sugar, flour, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chocolate that we had previously set aside.<\/li>\n<li>On a baking tray previously prepared with baking paper, place balls of dough the size of walnuts, 5 cm apart.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the biscuits for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Finally, let them cool for a few hours and... they are ready to eat!
