As it is unrefined, it is much richer in vitamins and minerals than white sugar.<\/p>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 cups flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups of milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cup of <a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-panela-cane-sugar-5kg-ecuador\/\">Panela sugar <\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40g sesame<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100g butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/chocolate-couverture-70-organic-cocoa-10-kg-peru\/\">Chocolate coating<\/a> 70% Fairtrade cocoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alternativa3.com\/en\/organic-icing-cane-sugar-ft-jar-60g\/\">Icing sugar <\/a>Fairtrade to decorate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To begin with, we will prepare the sesame and cinnamon sponge cake.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beat the butter with the panela sugar and cinnamon (to taste) until smooth.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the eggs and sesame seeds, mix well and gradually add the flour and baking powder while whisking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grease the baking tin with butter and sprinkle with a little flour, pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 180\u00ba for 30 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the 70% cocoa chocolate and coat the sponge cake, finally decorate it with icing sugar and chocolate tears.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panela is the juice extracted from crystallised sugar cane, only by evaporation.
