Our freeze-dried decaffeinated coffee has been subjected to the most modern solubilisation processes, so that the final product retains all its excellent properties of aroma, flavour and colour.

In the freeze-drying process, the coffee is subjected to ultra-freezing. It is then placed in a chamber that dehydrates it directly, so that the coffee retains all its organoleptic properties intact.
It dissolves easily in both hot and cold water or milk. It can be easily mixed with other products to make more complex drinks (cappuccinos, mochas or coffees with more or less milk).

This coffee is grown by small cooperatives in countries of the Global South, using traditional techniques that respect nature. Thanks to Fairtrade, the cooperatives are able to improve their living conditions and those of their communities.
