Cooperativa Agropecuaria Quiraguira Limitada – COAQUIL is an organization of small producers of high quality coffee founded in 1991 and located in the Montecillos and Opalaca mountain range region, in the community of Otatala, Masaguara, Intibuca (Honduras).

Its specialty is high quality coffees under the certifications of organic and fair trade (FLO-Cert).  COAQUIL offers member families a range of services including: wet milling, drying, transportation, training and quality inputs. COAQUIL also offers access to roasting, packaging and marketing services, and a laboratory with highly trained experts in coffee cupping and quality analysis.

COAQUIL is the only coffee cooperative in the Masaguara area, providing an opportunity for the economic and social development of coffee-producing families and their communities. It also provides support for infrastructure (roads, electricity supply, drinking water or protection of springs).

FLO/Fairtrade Premium money is invested in education, health, productivity improvement and community projects. It functions as an agent of change and development for the coffee-growing communities, contributing to the implementation of community projects and initiatives.
