6. EXECUTION OF THE ORDER AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
Products purchased through the shop will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User, once payment has been verified, with the usual delivery time being 2 or 3 working days in the case of deliveries to the Peninsula and 3 to 4 working days in the case of deliveries to the Balearic Islands.
In case you want the shipment to be sent on a specific date, this must be mentioned in the remarks, and it must be within the delivery dates indicated.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to products that have been processed or for fresh products or products with an expiry date less than or equal to the date on which the withdrawal is communicated to us, as well as to unsealed products that for reasons of hygiene or health cannot be returned.

Consequences of withdrawal

10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The following conditions relating to exchanges and returns of our products do not apply in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product to exchange or return it.
The thirty-day period shall be calculated on the basis of the date shown on the delivery note.
For any exchange or return, the product must not have been used and must be returned in perfect condition and including labels and instructions and warranties (if any).
The refund of the amounts will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the time the order is returned and by bank transfer. If you paid for your order through your PayPal account, we will credit the amount to your PayPal account.
11. PRODUCT LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
The legal guarantee of all our products is the one defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by ALTERNATIVA3, SCCL.
The aforementioned guarantee is regulated by the Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, which establishes that the minimum guarantee period for any new item is 2 years, although, after the first six months, it is the customer who must prove that the problem with the item is a defect of origin and not wear and tear caused by normal and correct use of the product.
However, in the event that the object under warranty does not meet the optimal conditions for use, ALTERNATIVA3, SCCL. will assume the corresponding responsibility towards the customer so that we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for that product, as well as to reimburse the costs that the customer has had to pay to acquire the product. Therefore, if the article has a defect or fault or there has been an error in the shipment, the customer can return it to any of our shops or send it to our warehouse. Once the defect has been checked, we will refund the full value of the amount paid, including shipping and return costs and, where appropriate, the amount paid for the gift wrapping.
We will only reimburse the return shipping costs if:
- The article is defective.
- An error has occurred in the shipment.
- The article does not correspond to the photo on the website.
- The package has been damaged during transport.
