Shiitake is an adaptogenic mushroom widely recognised for its beneficial properties for our body. It is a source of amino acids, minerals and vitamins. It is said to have stimulating properties for the immune system.
100% Arabica coffee with natural and smooth roast that guarantees low levels of acrylamides. The coffee comes from small producer cooperatives in countries of the global south that thanks to fair trade are able to improve the living conditions of their families and communities.
Method of preparation: prepare in an Italian coffee machine or filter coffee machine, following the manufacturer's instructions, as usual.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
