Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- ½ cup of the chai coffee from AlterNativa3
- Cocoa butter
- Cinnamon
- 2 brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- Cocoa nibs
- 1 teaspoon Psyllium
- Strawberries
Step by step
- First, for the pudding, we mix the coconut yoghurt, the vegan chocolate protein, the chia seeds and our chai coffee.
- Stir everything well and then leave it in the fridge overnight.
- To prepare the muesli, which we will use as a topping, we toast the brazil nuts, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, cocoa nibs and psyllium with cocoa butter and cinnamon in a frying pan.
- Finally, in the morning, add the muesli as a topping together with the sliced strawberries.
