Summer is the ideal time to learn to cook, or try to 😅, that's why at AlterNativa3 we bring you a recipe every month, little by little we want to fill your books with recipes made with Fairtrade products. This month we continue with desserts and this time biscuits are the protagonists, with chocolate from AlterNativa3. Do you fancy them?
Ingredients for the biscuits
- 140g of chocolate mini-drops AlterNativa3.
- 130 g butter.
- 100g of golden light sugar of Paraguay AlterNativa3.
- 100g of Mascobado sugar Philippines AlterNativa3.
- 1 egg.
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar AlterNariva3.
- 180g flour.
- ½ teaspoon baking soda.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation of the biscuits
- To begin, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Prepare the mini chocolate drops or, if you don't have any, crush the chocolate fondant and set aside.
- Mix the butter, sugar, flour, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Add the chocolate that we had previously set aside.
- On a baking tray previously prepared with baking paper, place balls of dough the size of walnuts, 5 cm apart.
- Bake the biscuits for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Finally, let them cool for a few hours and... they are ready to eat! Fair Trade chocolate biscuits that can be kept for a few days without losing their properties. Ideal for the little ones at home or for grown-ups 😜 Coffee, cocoa, tea... What would you like to serve them with?
