Quick, tasty and easy brownie

Ingredients
You will need:
- 1 cup of organic defatted cocoa
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups of organic bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few drops of vanilla
- Optional for garnish: nuts, chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step by step:
- Preheat the oven or AirFryer to 170 °C.
- In a large bowl, mix the cocoa, panela and melted butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one by one and integrate well.
- Stir in the flour, salt and vanilla and mix until a dense, homogeneous dough is formed.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until the centre is tender but set.
- Leave to cool before cutting and add the decoration of your choice.
