Instagram Prize Draw Legal Terms and Conditions – ALTERNATIVA3

• AlterNativa3 Employees
• Individuals involved in the organisation of the draw

DRAW MECHANICS

To participate, users will need to:

• Follow the Instagram account @alternativa3scoop
• Like the giveaway post
• Mention in comments 2 people with Instagram accounts

Each comment with mentions counts as an additional entry.

PRIZE

The winner will receive:

• 1 PHILIPS EP1223/00 Series 1200 Fully Automatic Coffee Machine
• 1 Café Cauca Colombia Organic Fairtrade 500g
• 1 Santos Brazil BIO Coffee FT 500g

The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

WINNER SELECTION

• The draw will be carried out randomly among all participants.
• The winner will be announced on the day 21 May 2026 on the Instagram account @alternativa3scoop

Winner and substitute

• Will be selected 1 winner y 1 substitute.
• The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram.
• If you do not respond within a period of 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to the substitute.

AWARD CEREMONY

• Shipping will be carried out within the indicated territory (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
• AlterNativa3 is not responsible for delays or incidents beyond its control.

• They will not be used for commercial purposes without prior consent.
• Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification or cancellation by submitting a request to AlterNativa3.
