1. COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION

The company ALTERNATIVA 3, SCCL with registered office at Ctra. Castellar, 526 with CIF F-12329876, organises for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be carried out through social networks, exclusively for users resident in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

 

2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

Participation is open to all persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain, including the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands are excluded.

 

3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion will start on 28 May 2025 and will end on 12 June 2025 at 23:59h.

 

4. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

Like the publication
Mention in a comment the profile of a person in the promotion publication. Mentions of brand profiles will not be valid.
You can comment several times as long as you mention different users.

 

5. WINNERS AND PRIZES

1 winner and 1 alternate will be chosen randomly from all Instagram participants using a free tool.

The winner will be announced on 13 June 2025 on the original promotion post on Instagram and Story.

6. DETAILS OF THE WINNERS

The data that will be requested from the winner in order to send the prize and manage the final prize are: name, surname, address including postcode, email and mobile phone number.

The winner has 48 hours to accept the prize from the publication of his/her name. If he/she does not reply within 48 hours, the prize will go to the reserves (applying the same criteria).

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

 

7. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image will also not be allowed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the posting of comments by Participants on posts, may not violate Instagram's Community Rules or Instagram's Terms of Use under any circumstances.

 

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

 

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated file of personal data, being the company ALTERNATIVA 3, SCCL owner and responsible for this file, whose purpose will be the management of this draw and sending commercial information that may be of interest. The company ALTERNATIVA 3, SCCL guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this draw, especially with regard to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.

10. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to amend or extend these Promotional Terms and Conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the prize draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

 

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
