Demerara brown cane sugar 800 sachets Organic Fairtrade

Demerara sugar is a raw sugar extracted from sugar cane. It is minimally processed,
for which it has a golden brown color and large grains that give it a crunchy texture.

The name Demerara comes from the place where the British colony of Demerara, now called Guyana, originated.

This sugar has been grown by fair trade cooperatives in Colombia. Fair trade premiums
not only improve the income of farmers, but also allow cooperatives to
implement various community projects, such as the construction of schools or infrastructure of
modern production or making investments in health care.
