UCCEI is a cooperative that brings together several cooperatives of small coffee-producing families in Nicaragua. In total, it groups 955 people, where 22.51% are women, with an approximate family nucleus of 4,775 people.

Its main objective is to offer services such as financing, technical advice, marketing… They work to improve the standard of living of male and female producers and of the families of the grassroots cooperatives that make up UCCEI.

Its mission is to be a union of cooperatives with consolidated social and environmental responsibility, sustainable, recognized nationally and internationally and with credibility in the coffee industry. Incorporating added value to the activities developed by the UCCEI and its associated cooperatives.

For UCCEI, each cup of its coffees represents more than a quality product; It is a product that meets the aspirations of their families to share the fruit of their efforts, and to achieve benefits that allow them to live better.

UCCEI es una cooperativa que agrupa a varias cooperativas de pequeñas familias productoras de café de Nicaragua. En total agrupa a 955 personas, donde el 22.51 % son mujeres, con un núcleo familiar aproximado de 4.775 personas.

Su principal objetivo es ofrecer servicios como financiación, asesoramiento técnico, comercialización… Trabajan para mejorar el nivel de vida de los productores y productoras y de las familias de las cooperativas de base que forman UCCEI.

Su misión es ser una unión de cooperativas con responsabilidad social y ambiental consolidada, sostenible, reconocida nacional e internacionalmente y con credibilidad en la industria cafetalera. Incorporando valor agregado a las actividades desarrolladas por la UCCEI y sus cooperativas asociadas.

Para UCCEI, cada taza de café representa más que un producto de calidad; es un producto que reúne las aspiraciones de sus familias por compartir el fruto de su esfuerzo, y por lograr beneficios que les permitan vivir mejor.
